Good Morning! It’s Tuesday so time for a new blogger spotlight. This time I will introduce you to Vera from the blog High On To Heels.
I met Vera during Amsterdam FashionWeek. She was one of my Tony Cohan giveaway winners. Vera is a sweet girl with a big passion for fashion. She just started her blog (around february) and felt (just like other bloggers) in love with blogging. Her style is feminine and chic with her own twist. Was really nice to meet Vera and I hope I see that girl soon again! Let’s take a look about the interview!

1. Can you tell us a little about Yourself?
I’m Vera van Wijnen and I live in a small village called Rijsbergen. I graduated last year and currently working at the Invito a shoe store in Breda. In September I’m starting with a part-time study Fashion Styling at Artemis in Amsterdam. I started my blog in February called High On Those Heels with my big passion for fashion and styling.
2. What was the reason why you started your blog?
Well I couldn’t start with my study because the classes were full. They said that I could try it again a year later. Because it’s a private school I don’t get a study finance, so I worked a whole year for my new study to finance it. Next to working at the shoe store I really missed putting out my creativity. So when I saw blogs like ‘ Kayture ’I thought why not start a fashion blog were I can show my outfits, inspiration and trends that I love.
3. How would you describe your clothing style?
I would say feminine, sometimes edgy and casual chic. But I also like to try out new things. You can make your own style when you know what looks good on your body. Then you can show through your outfit who you are and what you love.
4. How do you keep coming up with material/content for your blog? Many people struggle with coming up with different articles/posts
Sometimes I get a lot of ideas. So I have a notebook on my phone were I write those ideas on. When I’m blocked or can’t find anything I look through that notebook and then I get ideas. You can also find a lot inspiration on other blogs, magazine’s or other sites.
5. What are you favorite brands and shops?
I really like Asos.com, Zara, H&M and many more! I love those long shopping days and going to explore all kinds of city’s and their shops.
6. What’s now on your wishlist
I really want a nice pair of chunky white heels. Other things I would love to buy are: Midi skirts, cute crop tops and a nice new black leather look jacket.
7. If someone was interested in blogging, what would be a few things you would suggest? Tips!
Try to stay unique in your own way, Believe in what you write And love what you do
