Good morning sweeties! Did you enjoy the long weekend? I did! Sunday I went to the beach in Utrecht and Yesterday I went to Festival Trek also in Utrecht. it’s not really a festival, but a place with all food and drink cars where you can buy delicious food. This week will be a busy week because Sunday is already the ilovefashionbloggers fair so we have a lot to do. I hope I will see you there.
Enough talk let start with a new blogger spotlights. This time I want to introduce you to Bibiche from the blog B-biche. A Dutch girl living in the beautiful Malta. I’m always a little bit jealous when I see her pretty sunny places on the pictures. One more thing what I really like at here blog is how Bibiche write. Love that she write with a funny note, but always make her point. Not everyone can do that. Well just read the interview and go to her blog and figure it out for yourself.

1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?
Hi there – nice to meet you! I hope you are well. I am Bibiche, a Dutch girl living the Mediterranean dream in Malta since April 2011. I love the island life, it’s easy and laid back. I would like to think of myself as a very creative, loyal, trustworthy and caring person who likes to be both spontaneous and adventurous. I love both the great outdoors, nature, etc and also the extreme opposite things such as fashion, arts and music.
2. What was the reason why you started your blog?
So, after I moved to this rock in the middle of the Mediterranean sea – I wanted to keep a diary, to keep my family and friends up to date. Slowly it became an outlet where I shared everything I love, from lifestyle, roadtrips to fashion related topics like my outfits and inspirations. Thanks to this little space on the internet my dream of having my own blog, materialised and has given me many opportunities – especially via fashion and styling.
3. How would you describe your clothing style
I would like to like to think that I would never limit myself to one single style or look. I take a little bit of inspiration from most. I like a bit of the hippy, boho, sporty and dressed down look for most of the day when convenience and comfort is of the utmost importance. However, I’m equally happy putting on a pair of heels and a long dress if the occasion calls for it. Generally I’m pretty open minded though and like to mix and match a lot of styles, perhaps, one could say, creating my own style and identity in the process.
4. How do you keep coming up with material/content for your blog? Many people struggle with coming up with different articles/posts
As soon as I have a ‘writers block’ or lose my inspiration completely for a new blogpost, I just go out for a drive around the island or a walk along the sea. Little adventures always give me a boost of energy and inspiration!
5. What are you favourite brands and shops?
Living on a small island like Malta, the shopping is limited. I often end up at Zara and love to combine it with things I find in thriftshops to give it a personal twist. I also love hunting for vintage items – especially in the Netherlands.
6. What’s now on your wishlist
Linen tuxedo’s in all colours – because I’m addicted to suits!
7. If someone was interested in blogging, what would be a few things you would suggest? Tips!
Find what inspires you, don’t hesitate, network and make it happen – but always stay true to yourself!
