Good morning sweeties! Almost 2015! Times flies really fast! This means also my last Blogger spotlight for 2014, but I will continued in 2015. So I’m always searching for some awesome bloggers for my topic. If you are interest to come in my blogger spotlight just send me an email.
Today I want to introduce you to Justine Biesot from the blog Eat Sleep Dress. An inspiring blog about food, people and style. Justine started her blog because she have a big love for food and love to share her creations on the world wide web. A few weeks ago she started a whole new blog, because her old one was about everything (fashion, food, photograph). She decided to get her focus on photography (street style) and food. Justine combine those things together and the topic ‘Street x food‘ existed on her new blog Eat Sleep Dress. I’m not gonna tell what it is you have to see it for yourself. I think it’s very clever and I love to reed this topic.
I ask Justine the same question like always! So it’s more fashion relative. Enjoy the interview!
1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?
Hi there, I am Justine from Eat Sleep Dress and I just moved to Utrecht. I got my bachelor of Communication in 2010. In my free time I like to cook, eat, photograph and style food and read magazines. My favorite dish is homemade burgers & fries. And got a potato chips and chocolate addiction.
2. What was the reason why you started your blog?
Well the first reason is that I love to cook. So I started sharing everything I cooked. Than my old blog started to look like a mess. So I decided to find my focus. I love to photograph people and food. So I combined those two and started eat sleep dress.
3. How would you describe your clothing style?
Well I kind of have different styles. Depends on the mood. Now I’m in the sneaker / oversized mood. I don’t wear a lot of colors. Lot’s of black, white and grey. My boyfriend calls my style ‘hip and oversized’.

4. How do you keep coming up with material/content for your blog? Many people struggle with coming up with different articles/posts?
Well I photograph people and post them once a week with their favorite recipe. It’s kind of an easy concept, unless someone chooses a dish I never made myself. But sometimes I struggle with the subject for my weekly column. But usually I find something I see on tv or read in a magazine. Sometimes I also share my experiences.
5. What are you favorite brands and shops?
I love to shop my clothes at Zara & Levi’s, H&M, Cos, Other Stories. Sometimes I also visit a vintage shop, for example The Kaufhaus in Utrecht. They got pretty good vintage and not so expensive.
6. What’s now on your wish list?
Well, I would love to have the Chanel bag 2.55. But it will take forever with savings. Someday I will have it. Period.
7. If someone was interested in blogging, what would be a few things you would suggest? Tips!
Well find out what your passion is. I think that’s the most important thing. Don’t expect things to get big! You have to give it some time to grow. Make a list of subjects you want to write about and create structure and a content planner.

Justine thanks for the answers! I always love to read you food articles, because I never have inspiration what to make for my self. But you give me some great idea’s! I hope in the further we gonna work together fashion meets food, but we still have to figure out how.
