Good morning lovely people! How are we doing today? It’s tuesday and you know what that mean a new blogger spotlight. This time it’s Judith from the blog MyOwnVogueWorld. I have know Judith for a long time and it’s always nice to see her at the events. She lives in Utrecht which is nearby me, yeah another blogger nearby. Judith blogs about everything what she loves. Like fashion, culture, interior, food and many more. That’s what I like about Judith’s blog. She is not a standard fashion blogger and that was one of the reason why I asked her for my blogger spotlights.
Should we take a look at her answers?
1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?
Yes I can! My name is Judith and I am a 20 year old Journalism student from Utrecht, The Netherlands. Three years ago, I started a blog called www.myownvogueworld.com. I started writing about everything I like and love in life, which includes fashion, culture, interior, food and many more subjects.
2. What was the reason why you started your blog?
I was quite young when I started creating content and really wanted the world to hear my voice. To be able to tell my own stories and get in touch with others that share the same passions. I am still very glad that I took the step of creating my own platform back then. It became such a big piece of my life and I wouldn’t know what to do without it.
3. How would you describe your clothing style?
I’m not really sure if it can be described as one particular style. One day I like minimalistic feminine kinda clothes, while the next day I could be walking in a strange baggy outfit. Though, my preference goes to the bohemian, vintage and casual clothing style.

4. How do you keep coming up with material/content for your blog? Many people struggle with coming up with different articles/posts?
I think it’s really important to follow your own ideas and passions in life. You wouldn’t succeed if you copy other ideas, because you really have to find your own projects and content. For me it helps to just live and surround myself with inspirational and good people. They are the ones that give me the right inspiration. And ofcourse, be openminded and do not say ‘no’ to quickly: you never know what life might bring you
5. What are you favorite brands and shops?
I used to shop a lot at ZARA, but since I started studying at the university, my budget kinda went down. Ever since, I like to shop at thrift shops and vintage markets like De IJhallen, which you can find in Amsterdam. Vintage clothes are the solution for every fashion loving student: it mostly offers good quality for a great price, and it’s very unique!
6. What’s now on your wish list?
I’m still searching for that perfect high waisted black leather skirt. O, and I also want to get my hands on a perfect pair of (vintage) brogues. Both extremely hard to find, though. So if you see any of these, you know where to find me.
7. If someone was interested in blogging, what would be a few things you would suggest? Tips!
Most bloggers answer this question by saying to start for the right reasons. Do it for love, out of passion, and not for publicity or so. I completely agree, but also think it’s really important to have a good idea. There already are so many bloggers, which why it requires to be unique to stand out of the crowd. Be yourself, follow your passions and people will find out about you.

Thanks girl for the answers and I hope to see many more years of blogging from you. I really love the hotspots topic with Nanne. I also have that topic to with Stephanie, so good idea!! haha. If you want to know more about Judith, just follow her. See links for social media canals underneath!
Have a nice day sweeties!
