GOODBYE 2014 and a big HELLO to 2015! Tomorrow my first outfit post from 2015 will be online but first I want to take you back to my highlights from 2014. Here’s a big and I mean really big overview of my moments and outfits in 2014. I know I promise you guys I posted this Friday, but I really forgot that this was a lot of work. I work on this post for almost three days so forgive me.
It is quite insane how fast time flies. I know it’s such a cliche to tell you guys this, but it really did! Looking back at all the experiences and goals achieved in 2014. It’s almost my third year of blogging and I’m still dedicated and passionated about it. It’s hard work but the beautiful opportunities, changes and great things are definitely worth it. When I look back on 2014 my blog really grow when I decided to blog every day and take it more seriously. I’ve met again some amazing new people and I hope to see them a lot in 2014. I finally did my backpack adventure in Asia. I went to Thailand and Bali for two months. Leaving my blog behind was scary, but I learn a lot from my journey and I enjoyed it to the fullest. And in the end you guys support me and followed my adventure on Instagram. I really felt you guys was with me over there, so thank you for that. 2014 opened my eyes about what I want in life, work, friendships and the blogging world. I had many good experiences but also bad experiences. But that are lessons that we all have to learn. One advice! When you try to make it in the blogging scene don’t trust everyone! Don’t get me wrong I met a lot of lovely people and some are now really my friends, but there are also a lot of haters and jealous people in this scene. I experience this once and I pas for a same situation like that. I thought that some people where my friends, but in real they where not.
For 2015 I made also a big decision. I decided to gonna work part-time at my work by the Jaarbeurs and do an internship by Ilovefashionbloggers. I started my blog because am passionate about fashion, but I always had a goal in mind. And that was to find a job in the fashion industry. I tried and I tried but every time I got a rejection because I have no experience in the field. So I hope with this internship I finally received what I want. Tomorrow is my first day! yeahhh I’m excited and I really can’t wait to start. I also was very lucky in 2014. I won three trips for in 2015. OMG indeed, haha. In May I’m going to the USA for a road trip of 2,5 week. I won this trip with a picture contest from Teva! I really can’t wait to discover LA, Las Vegas and San Francisco. In february I’m going with Farah and Virgit to Copenhagen with Vera Moda and with the Sting am going to Antwerpen. I hope In 2015 I am still this lucky , haha.
