Travel | Mother Goose Hotel

Last saturday Kevin and I had the opportunity to stay one night at Mother Goose Hotel. This beautiful authentic hotel is situated in the middle of the centre from Utrecht.

The hotel have 23 rooms and are separated into 4 floors which is also separated in different color schemes. White, Brown, Grey and Black. All beautifully designed with an amazing interior from Morph Design. Not standard, but unique with characteristic details where you can see the rich history of the buildings.

We got the chance to stay in the white room on the first floor, ‘White Goose Floor’ and totally loved it. Perfect rooms for us bloggers. Beside that we had a beautiful view on the Dom tower – the main attrition of the city.

If you’re looking for a nice place to visit for a weekend I can definitely recommend this hotel! Beside that utrecht is a beautiful city to visit and I really don’t say this because it’s my home town. ;).

Outfit | The Alley

Morning babes! How are we doing today? Do you already participate with my giveaway from KYBOE!? Not? Click here! You will not regret it, haha. The last two days I had a lot of events. Wednesday evening I went with Jolique to the launch of a new beauty app from L’oreal Paris, the make up genius. (download it here). Such a smart invention. After the app scans your face you can try every product from L’oreal. The products will apply on your face so it’s look like you already have it on. This way you can test the products at home of where ever you are. Satisfied? just add the product in your shopping car and order it with the app. Easy, fast and handy! Yesterday I had a delicious breakfast in the Paper Planes with New Yorker. The presented the new sport collection. The clothes are so pretty it almost forts me to go to the gym, haha. After the breakfast I was working on a special project for Vero Moda which I will reveals soon. Lucky Britt and Anita went with me. Always fun with those girls. At the end of the afternoon I went to studio 13 for an event from Remington. Here I will post later an article about it. So stay tuned, haha.

About the outfit. I told you Monday that I practical live in my flare jeans. So here they are again. What do you think? Oh and what do you think about this shooting location? It’s a small alley in Utrecht. Normally I do not think about a location like this, but Michelle came with the idea. That’s why I love to shoot with other bloggers. You will learn a lot from each other.

Outfit | Over Knee Boots

Good morning! Who’s said that short girls can’t wear over knee boots? I prove the contrary with my 1,60m (I don’t know how you wright this in english). Of course for a shorty like me it’s always a challenging to find the right boots for my height and frame. I want to give you some tips, but actually they aren’t. You have to try the boots and figure out what’s works and what not. Just keep looking for the right ones, don’t settle for okay ones if you aren’t sure they’re the right height. I was just lucky! I order it online at Zalando and it was a big guess. But they where perfect for me! If you’re still nervous about the height, pair your boots with a pair of leggings that match their color – your legs will look miles long. That’s what all shorts girls wants!

So YES! short girls can rock this trend too. What do you think?

Hotspots Utrecht | De Dom & Eethuis Smaak

Good morning beautiful people! I’m so excited! Today I show you my very first video ever! So don’t be hard for me! :P.
I told you already that Stephanie and I working on a new project. It’s called ‘Hotspots in Utrecht‘. My whole life I lived in Utrecht and I’m very proud of it! Utrecht is such a beautiful city with a lot of great places to visit and activities to do. Every month Stephanie and I will show you two or more great (hot)spots in this awesome city.

The Dom Tower
Of course we had to begin with the Dom tower (Dutch: Domtoren). Which is the tallest church tower in the Netherlands, 112.5 metres (368 feet) in height and this Gothic-style tower is the symbol of the city. When you climb the tower you will have a magnificent panoramic view of the city and its surroundings. Definitely a must thing to do when you visit Utrecht. More information you can find here.

Eethuis Smaak
After our tourist activitie we had a delicious high tea at Eethuis Smaak which is located in the famous ally of Utrecht ‘Zakkendragerssteeg‘. It’s a cosy eatery with friendly staff. The weather was great so we decided to sit outside. It’s a small restaurant with only one table outside. It was a bit strange and awkward to sit outside because we sat literally in an ally. Everyone was looking, haha. But it was also quite funny! The high tea was delicious and enough for two persons. At the end we got a glass of processo. Always good! Thanks to Groupon NL Stephanie and I had the changes to tried this. But you can tried this also for a very nice price. Eethuis Smaak is one of the local stars from Groupon. Outfit | Jumpsuit

Good Morning! How are we feeling today? Last Saturday when I had a shooting day with Stephanie the weather was so great. An opportunity to wear something with bare legs and I think this will be the last time for this year. I wear a beautiful jumpsuit from the webshop Storelle. I just discorded them recently and the have great items for nice prices. Just how we like it! I combined the jumpsuit with a long black blazer. For a tough look my red shoes and bag! We made also pictures with my Isabel Marant boots, but I will show you that an other time.
