    H    i sweeties! Did you enjoy your Saturday so far? I am! Doing absolute nothing and I love it. Not so strange because after 6 weeks working in the weekend I totally deserve it, haha.

    Last thursday I went to a beauty event from Remington. Actually one of my first beauty events and I totally love it. I know everything about fashion but beauty I do not understand. I always using the products that I got in goodie bags with result I always use other brands and products. Cremes I really do not use. It’s expansive and I always forget to bring it on. Haha yep a newbie to beauty, but I know it’s really important. If you use the right products it will make you beautiful which result in self-confidence. So I have to up my game about this. Lucky are this kind event very useful. Learning from the best.

    Back to the event which where held in Studio 13 in Amsterdam. Beautiful location and perfect for a event like this. When I walked in I got a warm welcome with some delicious smoothies and healthy sneaks. After some chatting with the others it was time for the presentation about the new curling iron from Remington, The Curl Revolution. Top Hairstylist IIham Mestour gaves us a demonstration how easy the curl revolution works. Of course with some tips about the hair trends this season. Than it was time to use the iron by ourself. Lucky a hairstylist was there to help. Actually It’s very easy, but you have to use to it. In beginning I had a hard time, but how often I try it, it got better. But I definitely have to practice, haha.

    When my hair was done it was time for a picture moment with IIham and than it was time to go home. Not with empty hands. We all got a big goodie bag with two Curl Revolution irons. OMG! I didn’t expect this. That moment I was the luckies girl, haha. But my dear readers I will make you soon also a lucky girl, because Remington give me the change to give one away. So stay tuned!     H    i sweeties! Last week I posted an outfit post where my hair was long and beautiful (HERE), but that was all because of my new Luxury for Princess extensions. I use a few times extensions, but I have to admit the extensions from Luxury for Princess are really soft and full. You really don’t see the different with you real hair. I choose the color Chocolat Brown 260 grams set (57 inches). The color is perfect for me I didn’t had to color my own hair or that from the extensions.

    The set consist of seven bands/strokes and cost €199,95. Two very long strips, three less long strips and two smaller strips. The hair is made from 100% Remy Human hair. According to Luxury for Princess you can do everything with the hair, coloring, making it straight or curls, but use always a protective spray. To keep the extensions in the original state it’s the best to wash the extensions as little as possible. If you do wash them us a mild shampoo and a good conditioner for the gloss and soft hair.

    I really love the extensions. The color is perfect and it makes my hair really fuller, just what I want. This is really important for me because I already have long hair. Because it’s fuller my hair looks beautiful and also longer. When I wear the extensions everyone gives me compliments about my hair. When I tell them it is because of my extensions they can’t believe it, haha. So it’s looks ver natural! I definitely can recommend those extensions for girls with short hair but also with long.     Good morning! We have a primeur! This is my first beauty post ever. Last week I was invited by Mooi PR for the Smashbox Shape Matters workshop led by pro-artist Will Malherbe. Of course I couldn’t  refuse this invitation. I will be honest to you I’m really not a make-up person. Of course I used make-up (I really can’t without), but I mean I actually don’t know what I’m doing. Never used creme’s, yes I’m to lazy for that and I always stuck with the same. I’m only good with my eyes, because I friend teach me that. But it is a same! If you used the right products and bring it on wright you can always look beautiful in a natural way. You will feel pretty what makes you feel confident.

    One of the mean reasons I wanted to go to the workshop was that I will learn how to shape your face (contouren). I tried and I tried, but I always fail, haha. But you can really changes your face and hide your min points. When I do a duck face I always look good on pictures, but I want to look like that without the duck face, haha. The other thing I wanted to know was how you can hide bags under your eyes.

    I’m glad I went to the workshop, because I learn a lot, get answers on my questions and I never feel so pretty at that moment. Of course I capture some moments  of the workshop for you. I made  a little video about it. I hope you will like it!

    The workshop started off with the basics by the Smashbox team. I learned; How to use the right foundation/primer and my biggest question how to get rid of my bags. Lucky Smashbox have the solution ‘Hydrating under eye primer‘. It’s very important to hydrate it under the eyes. After that you can bring on the foundation and  the ‘camera ready BB cream eyes light‘ for making it lighter under the eyes. And tadaaaa the bags are gone! Of course some good night sleep, no stress and right food will help also a lot, hihi. After the basics I went to Will where he gives me a personal advice how I can shape my face at the right way. I think I don’t need to explain this, because you can see it in the video above. Will used the Smashbox full exposure and contour palette. I can tell you I’m a big fan!
