The official release of the Balmain x H&M collection will take place on 5 november. I really can’t wait, but I was in shock when I saw the prices. Especially from the beautiful blazer which Kendal Jenner was wearing at the Billboard Music Awards. €400,- OMG! I really can cry right now! Still I’m gonna order it, but of I keep it I don’t know. My eyes are also on the beautiful black or green velvet top. Love it! That one is also expensive but it’s doable. Actually I want all things underneath haha, but my bank account would not allow it.

Which one is your favorite item from the collection? And are you gonna buy something?

Love the collection! It’s so gorgeous, I love all of it! Such a shame that the most gorgeous items are so expensive. But I guess that (hopefully) means these clothes are really hand made, which makes it impossible to sell for anything less. All those beads must take hours, right? I just hope people start understanding, that it’s not possible to make stuff like this cheap. It will look cheap, and more important will be made in country’s where people are treated like slaves and paid unfair wages in sweatshops.

Jaa, pff, ik voel je pijn! Ik wil dat jurkje zó graag, maar heb geen €450 over voor een jurkje van de H&M. Het mag dan wel Balmain zijn, maar ik geloof nog niet helemaal dat deze op zo’n manier gemaakt is, dat hij het geld waard is, ik heb het idee dat het uit dezelfde Aziatische fabriek zal komen… Aan de andere kant is het natuurlijk wel relatief ‘goedkoop’ als je kijkt naar de prijzen van normale Balmain collecties… Maar goed, dan maar niet dat jurkje, misschien ga ik wel voor het witte t-shirt of een leuke accessoire dan, haha 😉
